In case you missed it …
James O’Keefe has resigned after being removed from the Project Veritas board and stripped of his CEO title. There a lot of allegations flying around, so it’s hard to really know what’s going on.
Don Lemon was missing from CNN’s morning show while his bosses are reportedly discussing his future. Lemon made headlines last week when he said Nikki Haley was no longer “in her prime” because of his age. Truthfully, it was about the 78th stupidest thing Lemon has said on TV.
Culver City High School in California has eliminated honors classes in the name of “equity.”
Nearly $40 million has been granted to projects relating to “misinformation” since the start of the Biden administration, including millions given to the National Science Foundation.
On March 16, I’ll attend the parole hearing of the man who murdered my sister and others. You can help keep him in prison by signing our petition, or writing an email to the board. I wrote a personal account here.
LATEST: The petition is at about 1,200 signatures. Also, Greta Van Susteren told me yesterday that she’d have me on her Newsmax show. Details to come!
Dear Friends —
I wrote last week about a group working to blacklist conservative sites. They were pressuring ad companies not to advertise with companies that published “disinformation” … although, oddly, all of those sites were on the right.
Microsoft was the largest company to partner with that group, and I’m happy to report they have since suspended their relationship.
The backstory
Xandr, an advertising company owned by Microsoft, was using a secret list compiled by the Global Disinformation Index. The list included at least 2,000 websites that overwhelmingly leaned conservative. The sites were listed as "false/misleading," "hate speech," or "reprehensible/offensive." The Daily Wire, RealClearPolitics, Newsmax, Breitbart, the Blaze, the Federalist, Reason, and Judicial Watch were among those sites on the list.
The backpedaling
A Xandr spokesperson said over the weekend,
"We try to take a principled approach to accuracy and fighting foreign propaganda. We’re working quickly to fix the issue and Xandr has stopped using GDI’s services while we are doing a larger review."
Over the weekend, several watchdog groups also objected to the fact that the State Department funds GDI. Some members of Congress say they plan to investigate the money given to the GDI, and First Amendment lawyers have some free speech concerns about the list.
We’ll keep you posted.

I signed the petition to keep that creep in prison. I'm so sorry your family had to go through that nightmare.
Over the years I've covered a series of parole hearings for a man who murdered his estranged wife in the '90s, and the parole board has placed a very high bar for him. He's expressed remorse but they keep rejecting him because they say he lacks insight into his crime.
You say this creep hasn't even expressed remorse, so if the board holds him to that same standard he has no chance. But I realize how painful these hearings are for victims' families.
Definitions use to be so easy:
1. Most women menstruate.
2. Most men masturbate.
