Unfortunately, as with Israel, we can no longer trust the agencies representing the United States, with the Ukraine debacle and the Chinavirus/Death Jab being just the latest examples.
This is the problem with the right (inspired by Trump) denigrating our democratic institutions: the media, military, scientists, courts, law enforcement, the Constitution. When a situation like this arises where the government can provide quick, accurate, credible information about who was responsible for the strike on the hospital, people who've lost trust in institutions won't listen.
Look around the Arab world, which generally lacks credible democratic institutions. They're blaming Israel, facts be damned. Is that how we want America to be? If not, then stop vilifying our institutions. Criticize them if warranted, but base your criticism in verifiable facts, and do so constructively, with the goal of making those institutions stronger.
One could make a strong case that it wasn't inspired by Trump as much as the Trump presidency was inspired by the often well-earned distrust of those institutions.
There's the key words regarding government: accurate and credible. And add the Drive Bye Media while we're at it. These institutions have all been corrupted by the Globalist Deep State to the point where almost everything they say is just the opposite. Deadly pandemic? Safe and effective? Fighting for democracy? Climate crisis? Women's health? Wrong gender? Welcome to the world as it is, not as we would have wanted it to be. Fortunately, all is about to change...
